Every week day, 46 parents in the US hear the words “your child has cancer.” As part of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, 46 Mommas are will shave their heads for childhood cancer research. The shaving event will be hosted by actress Joelle Carter (Justified).
The 46 Mommas have two goals: raise awareness by shaving their heads; raise at least one million dollars for childhood cancer research through the St Baldrick’s Foundation.
