Honoring Seth MacFarlane

Actor, singer, animator, filmmaker, and comedian Seth MacFarlane will be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 12:30pm at 6259 Hollywood Blvd. at the corner of Hollywood & Vine. Known for his work as the creator of the animated series, “Family Guy,” currently in its 20th year, his other popular TV show in which he stars is “American Dad!” currently in its 14th season. Keshiki: The Landscape Within
April 17 to June 9, 2019

The Japan House Gallery presents a new exhibition – “KESHIKI: The Landscape Within,” featuring over 60 contemporary ceramic pieces from the Brodhuehrer collection. The term keshiki (landscapes) refers to the natural imperfections that appear on ceramic vessels during the firing process, adding new beauty, depth and value to the piece. The exhibit is free to the public and will be on display from April 17, 2019 through June 9, 2019. Located on Level 2 near the Dolby Theatre.
